How to Register?

Registration for Canadian sellers is by invitation only.

Registration costs:

  • $4,000 CAD per company/table (this includes one delegate)
  • Based on availability: $2,000 CAD for the 2nd and 3rd delegates per company based on a first come first served basis

Your Registration Includes

  • Participation in the event from November 12 to 14
  • Lunches on all three days

Table Set-up

Banners, freestanding pop-ups and table-top displays will not be permitted in the marketplace as they may obscure the view of participants looking for a specific table.

Brochures and giveaways are permitted on the tables and can be distributed to buyers within your allotted space only.

All costs for shipping, duties and handling of your own materials and the removal of this material are each participant’s responsibility. Please note that you do not have a booth that you can decorate, but tables only. We kindly ask you not to bring any decorations or promotional material.

Payment

Payment must be made in order to register for Canada Showcase Europe. Registration closes on September 8, 2024.

Appointments

One-to-one meetings take place between sellers and buyers on tables with space for up to four people.

  • A meeting match system will be used to create personalized schedules for each delegate. You will be able to make specific meeting requests in September.
  • Duration per meeting will be 12 minutes plus three minutes transition time.
  • Double appointments will be available.
  • Ahead of the event, you will be able to download an app containing your schedule.

Your Name Badge is Your All-Access Pass

Badges bearing individual and registered organizations’ names and country of operation are required to gain entry to all official functions. Badges are non-transferable, must be visible at all times and may not be defaced or altered with business cards, pins or stickers.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policies shall apply:

  • Before September 9, 2024: Full refund minus $150 processing fee
  • September 10, 2024-September 16, 2024: 50 percent refund minus $150 processing fee
  • After September 16, 2024: Regrettably, refunds will not be granted for requests received after this date

As part of the registration process, all participants must agree to abide by Canada Showcase Europe’s Code of Conduct.
