How to Register?

The registration fee for each seller organization, including one delegate, is $4,000 CAD.

Additional delegates may be added for a fee of $2,000 CAD for each delegate.

If you have not received an invitation but wish to attend, please contact the Destination Canada Germany Office.

Your Registration Includes

  • The registration fee includes your participation in the event from November 14th – 16th incl. lunches and welcome evening reception on November 14th.
  • Second delegates cannot have their own appointment schedule.
  • Accommodation and transportation costs are each participant’s responsibility.
  • All costs for shipping, duties, and handling of all own material and the removal of said material are each participant’s responsibility. Please note that you do not have a booth that you can decorate but tables only. We kindly ask you not to bring any decorations or promotional material.

Table Set-up

Banners, freestanding pop-ups, and table-top displays will not be permitted in the marketplace as they may obscure the view of participants looking for a specific table.

Brochures and giveaways are permitted on the tables and can be distributed to Buyers within your allotted space only.

Payment

Registration will close on August 31 st,2023.

It is necessary to complete the payment in order to participate in Canada Showcase Europe.

Meetings

  • A meeting match system will be used to create personalized schedules for each delegate. You will soon be able to request who you would like to meet with.
  • Meetings are 12 minutes long.
  • Due to the nature of the event, no “double appointments” (back-to-back appointments) will be possible.
  • We have an app you will be able to download nearer the time with your schedule.
  • Delegates will be approved on a first come first served basis. If we reach 100 seller organisations, additional sellers will be waitlisted.

Your Name Badge is Your All-Access Pass

Badges are required to gain entry to all official functions. Badges are non-transferrable, must be visible always and may not be defaced or altered with business cards, pins, or stickers.

Cancellation Policy

  • Received by August 15, 2023: Full refund minus $150 processing fee
  • Received by September 15, 2023: 50% refund minus $150 processing fee
  • Regrettably, refunds will not be granted for requests received after September 15, 2023
